Josue Villalobos - Registered Dental Assistant

I’ve been in the Dental Field for over 9 years. My love for dentistry began when I enrolled in a dental assisting class in the Mission Trails R.O.P center in Salinas in 2010. After several years of working as a DA, I wanted to further my education and expand my clinical skills, therefore, in 2018 I went back to school and obtained my Registered Dental Assisting (RDA) license. I have a broad knowledge of the many different aspects of dentistry as I've worked in several different dental offices and clinic settings right out of High School . Staying current and up to date on the latest in dentistry by taking continuing education classes locally and attending annual dental conventions further fuels my passion and enthusiasm for dentistry. I highly enjoy the patient interaction and feel joy and happiness through service and giving.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, dear friends, and my amazing girlfriend. Traveling and helping others in the community is also something I'm passionate about.

Maria Sanchez, DA

My curiosity for pursuing a career in the dental field was inspired and fostered by my amazing sisters, who are both dental assistants. Once I graduated high school, I enrolled in Carrington College Dental Assistant program. While in school, I learned many things that piqued my interest and deepened my love for the field, such as patient care and hands on clinical work. Part of our graduating requirement was a 6 week internship in a dental office, which I was fortunate to complete at Dr. Luma Ajlouni’s office. My compassion, motivation, and quick ability to learn lead me from being a student intern to a full time team member in the summer of 2020. While working alongside an amazing doctor and coworkers during my internship, I developed a deeper meaning of the impact my work has on patients and what it means to be a successful dental assistant. As I continue to grow as a dental assistant, I plan to further my knowledge by acquiring my RDA (Registered Dental Assisting License) and staying current through continuing education courses. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my nieces/nephews and going to the beach.
