Basic Oral Hyegine

Please follow these few recommendations for a healthy mouth.

1  Brush your teeth twice a day for at least 3 minutes - Tongue should be scrapped clean with a tongue cleaner or brush.

2  Brushing should be done in the morning as soon as you get up and  before going to bed.

3  Floss all your teeth BEFORE brushing at night. Flossing removes plaque so the fluoride from the toothpaste can reach the tooth surface and give protection from decay.

4   During the day if you eat or drink anything other than water you must rinse your mouth several times with water

5  Eat your desserts or sweets before your meals so that all the sugars get removed by food. Salads should be eaten at the end of a meal and that too without dressing. Chlorophyll in the greens will help with deodorizing the mouth so no bad breath.
