We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Lakeville, MN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Financial

There are no charges for your initial exam appointment in our office.

If treatment is indicated, we will take orthodontic records to determine an exact course of treatment. We will then be able to discuss your case in detail, including the cost of treatment.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from the general dental benefit. We will file any prior authorization paperwork necessary to help you estimate your insurance benefits prior to beginning treatment.

We will reduce your personal cost by the amount of your insurance, and we will file your claims for you. However, in most cases insurance companies prorate their payments over the length of treatment. In these cases, you must be eligible for benefits throughout the entire length of treatment. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
