What does the treatment process involve?

• Consultation: Our dentist will need to make sure that veneers are the right choice for you. We will examine your teeth and take x-rays to make sure that teeth are healthy and strong enough to support veneers.
• Tooth Preparation: Another reason people choose to get veneers is that tooth preparation is minimal. Before placing veneers we will remove a very small amount of enamel (no more than 0.5 mm) from the front of your teeth to make room for the veneers once they are placed. Measurements will then be taken of your teeth and sent to a dental lab. • Fitting and Bonding: Once your veneers are ready you will come back in so that we can check the look, fit and bite before permanently bonding them to the front of your teeth. We will apply a dental resin between the tooth and the veneer and then harden the resin in place with a dental laser.
