APPOINTMENTS
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in San Francisco, CA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist (PPO plans)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Mission Dental Health is a Delta Dental of California Premier Provider as well as Delta Dental PPO Insurance.
If you have another brand of dental insurance, your provider will pay a percentage of your dental bills, as long as it is the type of plan that allows you to see any dentist of your choice PPO plans. Be aware that their fee schedule may sometimes be different than our office's schedule. These types of insurances are usually called PPO's, DPO's or Indemnity Plans. Please call your insurance company to find out about your "out of network" benefits.
If you belong to a DMO, or any type of plan that requires you to choose a dentist from a specific list of practitioners, your insurance will not pay for services provided by Mission Dental Health . As a courtesy we are happy to submit your dental claims for you. However, we stress the importance of you having a thorough knowledge about your plan, with it's limitations, yearly maximums and deductibles, to enable to
make informed decisions about your dental appointments. Your best plan of action is to call your insurance company and make sure you understand your policy.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
