Dr. Muldowney is a Rockford native and has been practicing in the Roscoe, IL area for over 20 years.
She earned her DDS degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry. Dr. Muldowney is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Winnebago County Dental Society.
