ESOPHAGEAL/MUCOSAL ENDOSCOPY

Indications: Barrett’s esophagus, dysplasia, esophageal cancer (adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma), luminal obstruction from benign or malignant strictures, and complex polyps of the stomach, duodenum, small bowel, and colon.

Services:

• Removal of difficult polyps
• Stenting (esophagus, duodenum, colon)
• Endoscopic ultrasound of subepithelial lesions.
• Pneumatic dilation for Achalasia
• Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR)
• Endoscopic full thickness resection (EFTR)
• Dilation of strictures

PANCREATOBILIARY ENDOSCOPY

Indications: Pancreatic cancer, pancreatic cyst, chronic pancreatitis recurrent acute pancreatitis, pancreas divisum pancreatic duct leak/ fistula, gallbladder and biliary cancer and obstructions, bile leak, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, ampullary polyp. PSC/ indeterminate biliary strictures.

Services:

• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and Fine needle aspiration. (FNA)
• Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
• Cholangioscopy (Spyglass) with evaluation of indeterminate strictures and electrohydraulic lithotripsy (EHL) of large stones.
• Pancreatic duct endotherapy including stricture dilation and stenting
• Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) placement of fiducial markers for tumor localization
• Stricture dilation / tenting
• Needle knife sphincterotomy for difficult cannulation

Indications: Fistulas, bowel perforations, and post-surgical complications.
