Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in San Antonio, so we have made booking an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment in order to complete patient information forms. Bring your insurance card, photo ID and a current list of medications to your appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call our office ahead of time to confirm if you can be seen by a physician or nurse at the time of your arrival. If you do not call to confirm, you may need to re-schedule your appointment. We request a courtesy 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations so that someone else may take that appointment time.

Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.
