Meet Our Staff

Suzan is usually the person you will talk to when calling. She handles the majority of our phone calls, and also takes care of all the appointments and scheduling for our patients. New patients also go through Suzan first, she collects their information, and gets their new patient exam initiated. Suzan has been with us since July of 2015, and slid right into her role. She is in charge of our patients’ accounts, which includes billing, collections, and insurance claims. Suzan deals with insurance companies on a daily basis, and has a lot of knowledge in that department. If you ever have an insurance question answered, she’s the one to talk to. Suzan’s 41 years of experience in all aspects of dentistry such as Registered Dental Assistant, Surgical Assistant, Insurance Coordinator, and Office Manager make her invaluable when it comes to helping patients understand their treatment options. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters.

Natalie came to us over 6 years ago with 14 years prior experience in the dental field.  She is chair-side assistant and  Dr. Hashemi's right hand.  Her favorite part of her job is helping patients and making them comfortable.  

 Natalie attended Georgian Technical University and holds a BS in Translation. She speaks 4 languages, Georgian, English, and Italian.   Her x-ray and polishing licenses were earned at Dental Specialties Institute and she continues taking courses to keep up with dental innovations.  

When she is not in the office, Natalie loves spending time with her family.  Natalie also enjoys singing, as well as reading and cooking.   

Amy has been employed in our office since Sept. 2014. She has been responsible for filling in wherever needed, mostly at the front desk. She shares responsibility for reception, billing, scheduling, organizing, and record-keeping. She has 19 years of banking experience and has also been a patient since 2001. Amy is in the office on a part-time basis.
