SRHC takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule your appointment and our front desk staff will work with you to find the best time for your family. We also offer appointments at several of the surrounding schools, so feel free to ask if that would be appropriate for your child as well.
Insurance and Billing
Please call or contact us via the portal for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We accept most plans except medicare, but are happy to discuss this further with you.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards and you can now pay through the portal! We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact us for details.
