Manual vs Electric Toothbrush; which one is better?
Is powered toothbrush better than manual? No, not necessarily!
Manual & electric toothbrushes are both equally effective in cleaning your teeth & gums. Research have demonstrated similar results using manual & powered toothbrushes, provided that one use it long enough and with a correct technique. Nevertheless, it should be highlighted that people who have difficulty using manual toothbrushes may find electric toothbrushes easier to use.
