Rhonda L. Wyland, MD
Rhonda grew up in Ohio and Pendleton, where she was a PHS graduate. She attended undergraduate school at Seattle Pacific University, medical school at Oregon Health Science University, and completed her pediatric residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. She has been board certified with the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1989, the same year she joined the practice of Pediatric Specialists (then called Medical Center Pediatrics).
Rhonda enjoys working with children of all ages. She was the physician liaison to the local H1N1 committee, helping to provide information and distribute vaccines during the 2009-2010 H1N1 epidemic. She has also taught first aid classes to children for many church and scouting groups and has been a camp physician for a variety of camps and mission trips.
Rhonda has three children, one dog, and seven cats. With what time is left over she enjoys reading, gardening, and attending the many sporting events and concerts for her children.
