Immunizations

Our Vaccine Philosophy

At Pediatric Associates of Wylie, your child’s health is our first priority.  We strongly believe that immunizations play an important role in maintaining your child’s health.  If you have any concerns or questions regarding immunizations, please discuss them with your provider prior to your child’s well visit.  At this time, we are no longer accepting new patients who do not wish to immunize according to the American Academy of Pediatrics immunization schedule.  This does not apply to those children for which immunizations are medically contraindicated. We believe that this policy advocates for your children and their best interest.

Our Immunization Schedule

Pediatric Associates of Wylie follows the immunization guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). For information about these vaccines and the diseases they protect against, please visit http://www.aap.org/healthtopics/immunizations.cfm
