We hope everyone is staying safe at home. Our office is making changes to how we operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had previously published a COVID-19 policy, which we are now modifying due to the fact that we now have KNOWN cases in Wise County.

Our front and back doors will remain locked during regular business hours. Every patient and parent/guardian entering this office will now be screened and have their temperature taken BEFORE they step in the office.

Our front waiting room will become our WELL waiting room. We would like our patients to wait in their cars and call us at 940-389-8855 or 940-577-7688 to notify us that they have arrived. A staff member will meet you outside the building to perform the screening before you are allowed to enter the office.

For our patients that are sick with OTHER than fever, cough, shortness of breath or diarrhea, we would like you to park in the back of the building. Wait in your car and notify us by calling the numbers above. A staff member will meet you in the back of the building and perform the screening before you are allowed to enter the office.

For our patients that are sick with FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, and/or DIARRHEA, we ask that you park in the back of the building. Wait in your car and notify us by calling the numbers above. A staff member and a physician will meet you in the back and the exam will be performed OUTSIDE our building. We will have a tent set up outside if rain is expected.

We ask that our families please notify our staff at the time the appointment is being scheduled if there have been any sick family members, possible COVID-19 contacts, and/or recent travel. Please be open and honest with any concerns regarding COVID-19. We want to take care of our patients, but we also want to avoid unnecessarily exposing our staff and physicians, forcing the clinic to shut down completely.

We understand that this new policy might seem cumbersome and we do apologize for this inconvenience, but it is all done to keep our families and staff safe. We are very happy to have both doctors up and running with Telehealth and will use it as much as possible during regular office hours.
