Dr. Ridder is a Hoosier native who grew up in Carmel, Indiana and currently lives in Noblesville. She is the lucky mom of three children – 6-year old twins, Riley and Avery, and a 2-year old boy, Braden with her husband, Bobby.

Dr. Ridder loves what she does both at home and in her dental practice. Dentistry has been such a rewarding career since it allows her to combine her passions for patient care, health care services, and artistic design. Dr. Ridder loves a challenge and dentistry never disappoints! And what better satisfaction than creating beautiful healthy smiles for the community she loves!

Prior to starting her career in dentistry, Dr. Ridder completed her undergraduate education at DePauw University, where she majored in Biology and completed a Chemistry minor.  During her time at DePauw, she was a four-year starter on the DePauw women’s soccer team, became a member of Alpha Phi sorority, and was actively involved on campus and in the university’s mentoring program. She graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Ridder completed her dental education at Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD), where she graduated at the top of her class in 2013. During her time at IUSD, Dr. Ridder held many leadership positions, including serving four years on the Student Professional Conduct Committee and as a Student Instructor for second-year dental students. She also helped to organize her class’s annual contributions to the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation. Dr. Ridder was recognized by Omicron Kappa Upsilon as the “Most Outstanding Senior,” was awarded the Dr. Tillman E. Miller Award for clinical achievements, and was voted by her classmates to receive the Maynard K. Hine Award – presented to the senior dental student demonstrating the highest level of professionalism.

Since graduation, Dr. Ridder has continued to grow her skills as a clinician by completing numerous hours of continuing education in oral surgery, sedation, root canal therapy, and laser dentistry.  In 2021 she earned her Fellow Membership with Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum. She is also certified as a provider for Invisalign. Dr. Ridder is currently a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Ridder is dedicated to providing cutting-edge techniques and materials in order to achieve the highest quality of dental care for all of her patients. Her strongest desire is for you to feel comfortable and well cared for at every dental visit.  Rest assured that you are in very good hands!
