If you're looking for a new dentist look no further. Dr. Low and his staff are very patient and welcoming to his clientele, and constantly makes sure that you have a comfortable experience during your appointment. Free parking is pretty easy to find a block behind Broadway near the park.

I visited the office a few weeks ago for a cleaning and checkup and had a pleasant, safe experience. All COVID-19 protocols were being followed, and I didn't have to wait long when I arrived before being shown the chair. Everyone from Michelle, the receptionist to Nikki, (sp?), the dental hygienist were friendly and communicative, and Dr. Low did a great job taking the time to explain what was going on in my mouth. Will visit again.

The staff at Arbutus Station Dental made me feel right at home! Very friendly and eased my nerves before i got my extractions.

First visit to a dentist after ~5 years. Absolutely wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze, staff was kind and responsive to my needs, and Dr.Low was very thorough in his explanation of my x-rays and treatment plan.

Very satisfied with the dental work performed by Dr. Low to replace 2 crowns. The staff was very pleasant and cordial.

I went to see Dr. Christopher Low to get a crown and was feeling a little nervous but he carefully walked me through each step so that I felt at ease. He even let me choose the music while I was in the dental chair. The views of the mountains from the room are a nice touch too. What surprised me the most was the follow-up phone call that I received later that evening to make sure the procedure was fine. I really appreciated it!

Dr. Christopher Low provides excellent care and runs a seamless clinic. His staff were professional, timely and kind. He spent a considerable amount of time in counselling, prevention and treatment. I highly appreciate this as a healthcare provider myself. There aren't enough dentists who do the same. So glad I found his office!

My family have been seeing Dr Lo for 15 years when we first moved to kits. We live 20KM away now but still continue to see Dr. Lo twice a year.
