Dr. Elizabeth V. Lener graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Chemical Engineering. Deciding not to pursue a career in engineering, she went on to medical school and obtained her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. After successfully finishing her internship at UCSF, Dr. Lener completed her residency training in Dermatology at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois..

As a native of Southern California, Dr. Lener understands the impact of daily sun exposure on the skin. She specializes in the treatment of skin, hair and nails.

Dr. Stephanie Fogelson graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire then attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors. Dr. Fogelson completed her internship at Stanford University Hospital, then completed one year of Clinical Research with the Division of Pediatric & Adolescent Dermatology at the University of California, San Diego. She completed her dermatology residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Fogelson practices Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology for both pediatric and adult patients, treating conditions of the skin, hair, and nails.

Dr. Jyoti Mundi graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University, and as an elected member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Epsilon Delta honor societies. Dr. Mundi then attended Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago where she was inducted into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. Dr. Mundi completed two years of Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center & the West Los Angeles Veterans Hospital, where she received the Leo G. Rigler Award for Intern of the Year, prior to pursuing a career in Dermatology.

Dr. Mundi completed her Dermatology Residency and was selected Chief Resident at New York University – the program was ranked as the nation’s top dermatology residency program by Doximity and U.S. News and World Report. Dr. Mundi has published extensively in the dermatologic literature, and her additional years of training in Internal Medicine allow her to bring additional diagnostic depth when assessing and managing complex dermatologic conditions. She specializes in all areas of general medical dermatology for adults and children, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including Botox, injectable fillers, lasers, and treatment of leg veins.

Dr. Mundi grew up in Chicago and spent many years studying and training in the Midwest and on the East Coast, but has since settled down in Southern California. She previously practiced Dermatology in Long Beach before joining our practice in Ladera Ranch as she settles in the South Orange County area with her husband to raise their young family. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Alexander R. Jack earned his B.A. in Biology from Cornell University and then attended the University of Southern California for his Doctor of Medicine, where he graduated with Highest Distinction (Top 5% of class). He discovered the field of dermatology his first year of medical school and became fascinated with challenging cases. Dr. Jack did his Internal Medicine Internship with Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA. He then completed his Dermatology Residency and was selected Chief Resident at Oregon Health & Science University.

He practices general, cosmetic, and medical dermatology and welcomes patients of all ages. He has a particular interest in contact dermatitis and performs comprehensive patch testing to diagnose skin allergies. He is also interested in how adjunctive treatments, such as dietary and lifestyle changes, can improve dermatological conditions. He is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through the treatment of skin conditions.

Dr. Jack is joining The Dermatology Center at Ladera with over nine years of private practice clinical dermatology experience, beginning with four years in a multi-specialty group in the Seattle area, then with over five years in a dermatology practice near Austin.

Personal Background

When Dr. Jack is not caring for patients, he stays active with travel and outdoor adventures, including cycling, hiking, and kayaking. He also enjoys live music and watching professional and college sports. He, his wife, and his daughter, are proud to settle in Orange County along with his two dogs.
