Welcome to Our Practice

We provide the highest quality veterinary treatment and specialty care for your pets. Thanks to our staff's advanced training, expertise and cutting-edge technology, you can be confident that your pet is in good hands.

Our veterinary clinic prides itself on delivering state-of-the-art services while providing exceptional care for all of our patients. You and your pet will receive the attention you deserve with our unique, collaborative care approach, including options such as acupuncture, laser therapy, and physical rehabilitation.

We work closely with local radiologists, cardiologists, and board certified surgeons to ensure their services can be provided at our facility. We also offer supportive veterinary services on-site, including our in-house IDEXX laboratory equipment, pharmacy, and digital radiographs.                      We are one of the few hospitals in the Roseville/ Sacramento area that offer health certificates for national and international travel.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our veterinary services or your animal's needs. We love animals as much as you do and we look forward to working with you and your pets. A healthy pet is a happy pet!

"Dedicated to providing excellent and compassionate care."

Clients are welcome to have in-hospital appointments with their pets so they can interact with the doctor and staff. For those who do not feel comfortable, curbside appointments are offered.

Masami Seplow was born and raised in Japan and received her bachelor's degree in sociology in Japan, then moved to Miami FL to obtain her Masters degree in Hospitality Management, but decided to be a veterinarian before receiving her degree. Rehabilitation Technicians:

    Madison B.- Rehab Lead

Madison is a rehabilitation technician at SRVC! She enjoys helping out wherever she can so you may also see her in our general practice! Madison’s favorite part of working in the rehabilitation center is having the opportunity to form a bond with not only the patients but the owners as well, creating the ideal team and plan that will help each pet improve. Madison enjoys the process and getting to watch each small step in the right direction. Madison has two dogs, Lexie the Labrador and Zoey the Husky.

    Coley B.

Coley is a rehabilitation technician who also cares for pets who are boarding with us. Coley’s favorite part of working in the Sierra Ranch Rehabilitation Center is having the opportunity to not only help your pets feel better, but give owners peace of mind knowing that they are taking the necessary steps to keep their pet in shape and comfortable.
