• Our office is located on the East side of Rochester Road between 17 Mile Road     (Wattles) and 18 Mile Road (Long Lake). We are about 1/4 mile South of 18 Mile Road.  
• Our office is a one story, off-white brick building; this is the Troy Medical Village. Parking is located in the rear of the building.

Appointments

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.

Billing Procedures / Payment Plans
Co-payments are not necessarily expected on the date of service. Our office will bill your insurance company and you will recieve a statement in the mail thereafter.
