At Family Dentistry & Orthodontics, Dr. Juba accepts all South Dakota orthodontic Medicaid patients. There is no wait and no waiting list. All South Dakota Medicaid patients in need of comprehensive orthodontic treatment (braces) are welcome. You must be under 21 years of age to qualify for orthodontic benefits through the South Dakota Medicaid program. Call to schedule a complimentary orthodontic consultation for your child. Be sure to inform us that your child is covered by South Dakota Medicaid. If your child has an orthodontic need that might qualify for South Dakota Medicaid benefits, orthodontic records will be taken which include photographs and x-rays. The orthodontic records will be sent to the South Dakota Medicaid office for orthodontic treatment preauthorization. If your child is preauthorized for Medicaid orthodontic benefits, a second appointment will be scheduled to begin the orthodontic treatment.
Family Dentistry & Orthodontics accepts all orthodontic Medicaid patients, but only accepts general dentistry Medicaid patients from the immediate Brandon area. Sioux Falls residents and those outside of Sioux Falls should contact their nearest dentist for their general dentistry needs. All Medicaid patients with comprehensive orthodontic needs are welcome from any area in the state of South Dakota.
