As of January 1, 2013, we have converted to a new computer software called Dentrix.  This new program has a lot of great capabilities, but that also means our team has a lot to learn. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. This program will do everything from appointments, treatment planning, charting, and billing, so expect some delays.

On the bright side, this also means we are going greener! Our goal is to stop the cycle of paper and have as much information as possible in digital format. This includes consent, medical history, insurance and privacy forms, charting and clinical notes (xrays have been digital for over 5 years now).

Dr. Blake has already input all his patients into the new computer system and is converting charts and notes digital daily!

We would like to thank you for your consideration. We would also like to thank our team members for the positive attitude and learning so quickly. Fortunately, Vilma, Laurie, and Lucinda have all worked with Dentrix before and have been a great help for the rest of us.

We're excited! Online forms and email newsletters will follow soon. Our next goal is email and text appointment reminders, even a patient portal where anyone can go online and check out their appointment history, next appointment, even treatment plans!
