Muhamad Amine, MD

Rhinology & Skull Base Surgery

Care Philosophy

“I like to spend time with each patient and to listen to them in order to understand them. A physical exam is essential but I believe that listening to what my patients have to say in order to get a complete picture of their problem and how it is impacting them, makes a big difference in the ultimate goal of helping them. I want every patient to know that they have my full attention and my goal is to help them in the way I can best..”

Background

Born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Amine was exposed to medicine throughout his life and saw the positive impact that was made, as his father practiced neurosurgery for 41 years. After completing a 5-year residency and advanced fellowship, Dr. Amine came back to practice in the place he calls home.

In addition to the full range of ENT services, Dr. Amine enjoys providing relief to patients with sinus conditions, sleep apnea, and trouble breathing. Fellowship trained in Otolaryngology and Sinus & Skull Base Surgery, he offers a deep knowledge of sinus and rhinology. He seeks new procedures that can offer relief to patients including balloon sinuplasty and is a leading physician of excellence as one of the first physicians in the area to offer Inspire therapy. As a leading speaker to other physicians, and a patient advocate, he offers a full range of services to treat patients not only of sinus, breathing, and sleep disorders but of all ENT conditions. As a son of a well-regarded area neurosurgeon, he has both strong roots in the community and a deep-rooted dedication to patient care and medicine.
