Dr. Harvey, DMD
Dr. Harvey was born and raised in Hodgenville, Ky. He now resides in Elizabethtown, Ky and has over 38 years of experience in general and family dentistry. He takes the time to sit and answer any questions that you have about your diagnosis, treatment and procedures. Whether you're visiting for a routine cleaning, or other procedures like fillings or dentures, you'll appreciate the attention in a friendly and casual atmosphere.
Dr. Nichols, DMD
Dr. Chris Nichols was born and raised in Elizabethtown. He graduated from St. James middle school and Central Hardin High School. He went on to earn a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, and his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. Dr. Nichols prides himself on providing excellent dental care to all of his patients. He enjoys getting to personally know everyone that comes into the office. He spends his free time with his wife, Autumn, and their three kids: Jaxson, Riley, and Kruz.
Dr. Gleason, DMD
Dr. Gleason was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. He first recieved his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Kentucky Wesleyan in 2010. After that Dr. Gleason got his Masters Degree from the University of Louisville in Oral Biology. He then graduated from the University of Louisville with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2017, and was a classmate of Dr. Chris Nichols. He is married and has two children. He spends his free time with his family and enjoys running. His favorite meal is boom boom shrimp.
Sherry, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sherry received her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She has worked in the practice at Lakewood Dental for over 25 years. She is happily married with two children and three grandchildren. She spends her free time traveling with her husband. Sherry works PRN at our office.
Susan, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Susan received her Dental Hygiene degree in 1996 from the University of Kentucky Dental Hygiene mobile program which was based out of Elizabethtown Community College. She has worked with Dr. Harvey at Lakewood Dental for over 20 years. Susan is happily married with two children. Susan will begin working part time at the office in March 2021.
Chelsea, RDH, Hygiene Coordinator, Office Marketing
Registered Dental Hygienist- Hygiene Coordinator
Chelsea was born and raised in Elizabethtown. She graduated from Elizabethtown High School in 2011 and went on to graduate from Western Kentucky University in 2015 with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. Chelsea coordinates the marketing for the office and handles the social media accounts. Chelsea is happily married and has one daughter, Cali. She spends her free time with her family and enjoys baking cookies.
Cheri, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cheri graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Her unit was activated during the Gulf War and she continued to work as a dental assistant and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Family time with her three children and exercising with friends are her favorite activities.
Cassie, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cassie is a graduate from the University of Louisville, class of 2015. She currently resides in Meade County with her husband and daughter. Before becoming a dental hygienists, Cassie worked as a dental assistant for 5 years. She spends her free time going to the lake and boating.
Rachael, RDH

Rachael is originally from North Carolina. She recieved her Dental Hygiene degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2017. Rachael is married and has 3 children. Her husband has been in the military for 20 years and will be retiring in Kentucky. She spends her extra time outdoors and with her family.
Tasha, RDH

Tasha recieved her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University. She was born and raised in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Tasha is married with two children. The majority of her weekends are spent camping with her family or cuddling her fur baby, Kix.

Andrea is a graduate of Central Hardin High School and ECTC’s expanded functions dental program. She joined our pratice in 2006. Andrea is happily married with two children and two fur babys; Pippa and Luna.

Dental Assistant
She originally was a dental assistant in Arizona, and moved to the lovely Kentucky area in 1994. She has worked here at Lakewood Dental for over 20 years. Sue is happily married with two children and one awesome grandson.

Ashley is a graduate of Larue County High School. She recieved her epanded duties dental assistant education from the University of Louisville. Ashley spends her free time doing all things outdoors and reading.

Ashley is a lifelong resident of the Elizabethtown area and has two beautiful daughters. She has been an EDDA since 2012. Ashley handles the ordering for the office and helps to manage the social media accounts. When Ashley is not at work, she is spending time with her family and cooking.

Jena has been in the dental field since 2007; working both the clinical and business side. She lives in Bardstown, KY with her husband and son. Jena joined our practice in 2017.

Bev has been working in the dental field since 1999. She has been married to her husband, Chuck, for 38 years. They have three children and four grandchildren. Beverly spends her free time four wheeling and being outdoors.
Payton, Front Office
Front Office
Payton joined the practice in 2020. Payton is from Elizabethtown and graduated from Central Hardin High School. She is engaged and spends her free time raising baby goats and going to tractor pulls. Payton is seeking to become a Dental Hygienist at either the University of Louisville or Western Kentucky University.
