J. Michael Puckett, DDS
Dr. J. Michael Puckett has been providing expert quality care since 1993. He is a graduate of NC State University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Dr. Puckett has had extensive training at the UCLA Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry program, and a member of both the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Puckett’s purpose is to provide integrity based, personalized, ideal dental care in a nurturing environment with dedication to the patient, and delivery of the most advanced technological and cosmetic dental care available.
Rita, Registered Dental Hygienist
Rita has been working with Dr. Puckett for 20 years as a dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College and brings many years of dental experience to our patients. Along with helping her patients maintain healthy smiles, she loves her daily interaction with them and looks forward to seeing them at their next six month visit. She is very adept at making patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their treatment. Living in Summerfield with her husband and cat, Sam, Rita is active in her church and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies are reading, shopping, and traveling.
Erica, Registered Dental Hygienist, BS
Erica, one of our Registered Dental Hygienist has over 10 years of dental experience spanning from dental assisting to dental hygiene. Before joining our practice Erica worked as an orthodontic assistant while obtaining two degrees: Associates in Dental Hygiene from GTCC and B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Salem College. Erica ensures that our sterilization standards and quality of care are the top priority for our patients here at Dr. Puckett's office. Erica resides in Oak Ridge and in her spare time enjoys doing anything outdoors: boating, off-road trail riding, and spending time with her family.
Shell, Dental Assistant II
Shell joined Jamestown Dentistry back in Feb 2012 and became Certified Dental Assistant. She has been in the dental field for 35 years. Shell graduated from GTI in 1982 and worked as a Dental Assistant for 3 yrs then went into the lab part of the dental field. She worked for 29 yrs as a Ceramist. Shell has lived in Summerfield most of her life. Patient care and comfortability are of the utmost importance to Shell. Her hobbies include gardening and outdoor activities. Also taking care of her pets and spending time with her family.
Brooke, Patient Coordinator / Dental Assistant
Brooke joined Jamestown Dentistry after completing her dental assisting program at The Dental Assistant Academy of Charlotte. She graduated from Trinity High School in 2014 and is currently a student at GTCC working on becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. Brooke treats each patient like they’re family and tries to ensure they have a pleasant experience. She loves taking fishing trips with her dad, shopping and playing mini golf.
Brittany, Dental Assistant II
Brittany, one of our new team members, moved to High Point in August after getting married. She has years of dental assisting experience. She obtained her Associates in Arts degree from Surry Community College and her Dental Assisting Degree and IV Sedation training from Piedmont Dental Assistants,Inc. While Brittany is away from work, she loves spending time with husband, traveling, and shopping. Brittany serves as a great addition to our family helping Dr. Puckett with patients.
