What is CEREC?
CEREC stands for Chairside Economical Restorations of Esthetic Ceramics. The milling process happens right in the treatment room in about 20 minutes. In fact, the patient can watch his or her crown being made! Then, the dentist bonds the restoration onto the prepared tooth, shading the crown to match the neighboring teeth.
