Dr. Salman Kazim

Dr. Salman Kazim, MD is an American Board-certified psychiatrist with 25 years of experience in the field. Mental health has been his passion and he has been very committed to it during his entire career. He is fascinated by the human mind and continues to educate himself on the intricacies of human behavior. Being a very energetic, dynamic and focused professional, he has developed a reputation for
developing successful treatment plans that have helped individual with very complex and treatment resistant mental health issues. His average workday is very productive as a result of efficiency and time management.

Dr. Kazim has a wealth of clinical experience in several clinical settings in different countries. He has treated patients with psychiatric emergencies and worked on both inpatient words and outpatient clinics. His experiences spend assignment such as working for the US Department of Defense and the Veterans Health Administration. In addition, he has practiced as a forensic psychiatrist for the criminal justice system and is also very experienced including clients with substance use and eating disorders.

He has kept himself abreast of the current trends and advancement in mental health treatment and has had significance success treating clients with posttraumatic stress disorder, treatment resistant depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder or with intravenous ketamine infusions.
