Insurance

We accept most insurance plans and our staff is well versed in handling insurance claims and ensuring everything required by your insurance provider is provided in order to minimize problems.  We will assist as much as we are able and we want to provide a friendly reminder in that every insurance plan is different and for certain clarification on portions of your coverage your insurance provider can offer more specifics.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For larger treatments or procedures financial agreements can be discussed at our office.

We offer a 5% discount for payment with cash or check at the time of service.
