To better serve busy employment schedules, we offer extended hours and popular 7 a.m. appointments. Additional customized appointments available.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. As a courtesy, we usually provide reminder contact by phone or e-mail typically one or two days before an appointment

Whether it is a “simple filling” or more complex cases – rest assured Zumbro View Dental will be a resource for you to simplify and streamline your treatment planning. We promise to work diligently to develop solid plans to address your needs. Included within this strategy is an open door policy to discuss any element of your care you do not understand.

Also, we promise to be creative in phasing care over time and not sacrifice quality. We can also be creative in not letting finances stand in your way of regaining basic dental health or items toward a beautiful smile! We take pride in offering our patients affordable dental care. Also, your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and insurance estimate of benefits. Finally, we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.

For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also provide convenient interest-free options and the ability for you to pay for care over time with our partnership through CareCredit. Finally, we offer a discount for seniors without insurance who pay in full cash payments on the day of service.

The account holder is responsible for all account balances, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement status. All account balances 60 days and older will accrue a late payment charge of 1.5% monthly or 18% annual per year. Click here if you would like to Make a Payment.

Insurance

Here at Zumbro View Dental we accept most dental insurers, and are participating or a preferred provider for most Delta Dental and MetLife plans. Please provide your insurance card on your first visit, and let us know of changes in coverage or carriers on subsequent visits. We'll work within your policy to help you get the maximum benefit from your insurer, and as a courtesy to our patients we file your insurance claims.

While many people think dental insurance "covers everything," most plans have some restrictions - either in the amount they pay or in the services "covered." Since our office works with hundreds of insurance plans, it is impossible for our staff members to know the details of your individual plan. We strongly recommend you review the information provided by your insurance company to become familiar with your plan.

There may be a payment (co-payment or estimated patient portion) due at your appointment (same date of service) based on your insurance plan. The patient’s final financial responsibility can only be determined by the patient’s insurance company and may be different than the estimated payment collected on date of service. However, you are responsible for any fees not paid by your insurance. Our staff is always available to help you with your dental plan and can assist you as you decide on financing options.

Refund Policy

If all fees have been paid and as a result you have a credit balance, a refund equal to that amount will be refunded. In all other cases, refunds are determined on a case by case basis.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
