"I am a 63 year old woman and I have ground my teeth, especially in my sleep, since my teens.  My teeth were very sensitive and my gumks had receded.  I had braces before I was 16 but my teeth had shifted over the years, even though I slept in a bite guard, to the point that I was unable to chew or tear food well.  I was expecting to need braces for realignment.  My neck and jaw were always tight and sore and I had frequent headaches.

After her first evaluation, Cyndi encouraged me to try TruDenta treatment with a new stent.  Cyndi explained the possible benefits of TruDenta but I was skeptical.  I am a registered nurse and did not see how a little ultrasound, massage, and cold laser could alleviate so many symptoms.  I was wrong.

All the symptoms I had are completely gone or significantly improved.  The changes were so subtle I didn't really notice until one day I realized that the neck pain was gone. I still don't understand how my fragile looking stent in combination with the therapies can make this much difference.  I have no headaches.  The most amazing result has been the gradual movement of my teeth back into normal position.  Chewing is much easier and tearing my food is no problem.  I am completely satisfied with TruDenta and Cydni and I am still improving."
