I received my degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. I am involved in many professional organizations that give me the best training to give you the smile you've always wanted. My lovely wife, Dana and I have two children.

Hello! My name is Wanda. I work as both an assistant and as Dr. Bishop's clinical coordinator. My top priority is to keep things flowing in our clinical rooms. You will get to see me mainly in our treatment areas assisting Dr. Bishop or helping one of the other girls. I have been in dentistry for over 15 years, first working for Dr. Davenport. I joined Dr. Bishop's team in 2001. My husband Charles and I have four children.

Lori, Hygiene Coordinator

Hi! My name is Lori. My primary responsibility is to make sure that you leave here with a brighter and healthier smile than when you first came in. I am Dr. Bishop's hygiene coordinator. You will see me at your routine checkups, usually every six months. I received my dental hygiene degree from Wallace State Community College in 2006. My dental experience totals 20 years. My husband Blake and I have 3 children.

Reta, Dental Hygienist

Hello my name is Reta. I have been apart of Dr. Bishop's staff since 2008, but I have been apart of the dental field since 1986. My wonderful husband Steve and I moved to Morgan County with our two daughters in the summer of 2007. In addition to serving others as a part of Dr. Bishop's staff, I also support my husband in his position as pastor of Enon Baptist Church in Danville, AL. I am so glad to meet you when you visit our office.

Hello my name is Mendy. I joined Alabama Smile Builders in May 2019, after working for Dr. Davenport. If I am not working with patients on their routine hygiene visits, you can also find me assisting Dr. Bishop in our treatment rooms. I have a little over 20 years of experience in the dental field and I'm excited to play a part in styling your smile. My husband, Beau, and I have two children.

Hi! My name is Audrea. You will usually find me in clinical rooms assisting Dr. Bishop. My job is to make sure your treatment appointments go as smoothly as possible. I have been a part of Alabama Smile Builders since 2015. I am married to my wonderful husband, Trent, and we have two children.  

Terri, Schedule Coordinator

Hey there! My name is Terri. I am usually the first face you will see when you come in our front door. My job is to make your visits as easy as possible through scheduling your appointments and sending you reminders. I know your smile is important to you so it's important to me. I joined Alabama Smile Builders in 2018. I am excited to get to meet you when you visit the office. My husband, Bart, and I have 5 children.

Macy, Financial Coordinator / Dental Hygienist

Hi! My name is Macy. You can normally find me at my desk right behind the double doors in our lobby. While I previously worked for Alabama Smile Builders as a dental hygienist, my current role is Financial Coordinator. My job is filing your dental insurance, accepting payments, giving estimates on procedures, and creating payment plans to make our treatment as afford as possible. I do still maintain my hygienist license so I can lend a hand if ever needed. I cannot wait to see you in our office! My wonderful husband, Clint, and I have one child.

Shannon, Medical Insurance Specialist

Hey there! My name is Shannon. While you may not always see me around the office, I am hard at work behind the scenes. Since adding sleep apnea home tests and sleep appliances to our office, I have been working on how to make those services more affordable for our patients through filing medical insurance. I have 20+ years of medical experience by working in Dr. Bob Allen's office and have been excited to offer my experience to our office. My husband, Tommy, and I have one child.

Caroline, Social Media Coordinator / Web Presence Coordinator

Hi! My name is Caroline. Just like Shannon, while you may not always see me around the office, I am hard at work behind the scenes and screens! My job is to update our social media, maintain/update our website, and respond to most reviews. I am also in charge of any media you will see when you enter our office including our slide show that plays in all rooms, any promotional propaganda, and specials of the month notifications.
