Our office has been known to provide affordable quality general dental services in New Castle, PA to adults and children for over 32 years. All dental services are provided personally by Dr. Mendel, a board-certified general dentist, assuring optimal continuity of care. Office hours are by appointment, with daily emergency and evening appointments available.

For our patients with dental insurance, we are happy to submit your claims. For our non-insured senior patients, we offer a 6% senior citizen discount. For treatment plans over $1000.00, a 10% courtesy is available for uninsured patients when full cash payment is made prior to treatment schedules. At this time, this courtesy does not extend to credit card or check payments.
Our office accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Extended financing through the Medical Bureau of Pittsburgh and Springleaf Financial is available. Additional information may be obtained by accessing the printed Financial Policy section of our website.
Many patients have questions regarding their dental benefits. Because your insurance coverage is between you, your employer, and the insurance carrier, a dentist does not have the power to make your plan payments. Your employer usually buys a plan based on the amount of benefit and how much the premium costs per month. Your employer or employee benefits coordinator (Human Resources
Department) should be able to answer your coverage plan questions. Our office has agreed to contract with numerous PPO plans, which typically means you will pay less for dental services than a nonparticipating dental office.
