As a courtesy to you, our office will submit your dental claims to most insurance companies. We work with you to maximize your benefits; however, you remain responsible for any unpaid services. Our office accepts most dental insurance and we participate with many plans including Cigna, Guardian, Principal, Delta Dental, Anthem Blue Cross. We are currently not a Medicaid (Husky Plan) provider.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). **ASK about our cost reduction for cash or check payments at the time of service. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Our Financial Coordinator will be happy to discuss your options.

"Green" Friendly Facility
Our office is ecologically "green" friendly. We shred office paper and recycle it along with magazines, plastics, cardboard, and other recyclables. We take digital radiographs – not only to reduce x-ray exposures to you, but also to eliminate using hazardous chemicals and film. In addition, we use a waste water treatment amalgam separator, energy saving light bulbs and biodegradable plastic trash bags. With our small steps we are trying to do our part for a better environment.
