The In-House Membership Program is a dental savings plan run by your dentist, not an insurance company. It is designed to give individuals and families with no dental insurance an easy way to keep their dental health a priority.
With our membership program, your routine cleanings and exams are always covered. Plus, you eliminate perpetual monthly premiums and only pay when you have dental work done. Best of all, there are no waiting periods, deductibles, exclusions or limitations like traditional dental insurance. Our membership Program saves families significant money (over $1200/year for a family of four) on dental care by eliminating the high costs and hassles associated with billing insurance companies.
Our In-House Membership Program
For an annual fee of only $299 (which is less than 85 cent a day), each member receives:
- 2 routine exams
- 2 basic cleanings a year* (prophylaxis – twice per annual plan)
- 2 sets of diagnostic X-Rays (4 BWs, 2 P.A. once every 6 months)
- 2 fluoride treatments for children under the age of 18 (once every 6 months)
- Free take-home teeth whitening trays
- 25% discounted fees on all dental work**
For each family member you add, their annual fee is cut in half! So, the more people you add to the Community Dental Plan, the more you can save. The In-House Membership Program helps keep things simple with a one-time annual fee and it works out to be a great value.
For the first member, the cost is less than $25 per month. For each additional family member you add, the cost is less than $13.00 per month for each member added. A family of four would total less than $63.00 per month. That's less than half of traditional dental insurance. Of course, with our membership program, you don’t have to worry about it every month like traditional insurance since your subscription starts with a simple once-a-year fee.
