Dental Staff

Dr. Santos received her dental degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2011 and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2006.  In the course of her education, Dr. Santos has been involved in dental research, with an interest in periodontal disease and its effect on post-menopausal women. In June 2012, Dr. Santos completed an Advanced General Dentistry training residency at the Bay Pines VA in Florida. Dr. Santos is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, which only 6% of dentists in the country hold the title. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly cosmetic procedures, crown and bridge, facial injectables and fillers, and Invisalign.

Dr. Santos enjoys serving the under-served through dental mission work at home and abroad. She is currently the President of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Foundation and sits on the board of other committees. Her involvements and training reflect her commitment to the highest standards of patient care, treatment innovation and leadership. 

Outside her profession, Dr. Santos enjoys exercising, the outdoors, sporting events, traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband, twin boys, and daughter. She is a current member of the following:

The American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, The Greater Cleveland Dental Society, The Academy of Facial Esthetics, and The Academy of General Dentistry

Toni is Dr. Santos' assistant! She is originally from New Salem, Pennsylvania but now residing in Middlefield. She enjoys rodeoing where she runs barrels and competes in competitions! When she is not on her horses, Toni also spends her free time with friends, family and enjoys traveling. She joins our team with two years of assisting experience. She's here to help calm your nerves! 

Brittany is new to Chagrin Falls and the newest member of the office. She moved here recently
from Denver, CO. In Denver she received her Dental Assistant Certification from the Denver
Dental Assistant School. She enjoys getting to know all of Dr. Santos’ patients and is happy to
be part of the team. In her free time she loves being active outside, cooking, playing the violin,
and practicing/teaching yoga.

Melissa has quite the history with Dr. Santos! She used to be Dr. Santos' assistant, and has since earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Cuyahoga Community College. Melissa enjoys fishing, camping, reading and spending time with family and friends. She loves getting know our patients and is here to help you achieve a healthy smile. 

Jessica has been a hygienist for 16 years. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2004. She has been happily married to her husband, Bob, for 7 years. They have 5 y.o. twins and a 7 y.o. dog who they rescued. Jessica will make your teeth shine and make you feel comfortable as she takes pride in her gentle but thorough cleanings! 

Rachel is the the friendly face at our front desk ready to greet you! A Chagrin Falls native, Rachel has recently returned to the area after 15 years away. She has received a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. Rachel resides in Chagrin, and loves being part of the community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, nature photography, staying active and traveling.
