How to Prepare
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that we have all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Bring any medications list and any oral appliances you may have like dentures, bite splints, or retainers. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with Dr. Dan and his great staff. We look forward to your first visit.

For your safety and our safety, and we will call you before your appointment to answer COVID-19 screening questions and when you get here. We are taking everyone's temperature when they arrive as well as monitoring our own temperatures. It is required to wear a mask in the office unless getting treatment. We ask that you come by yourself unless a parent, guardian, or caregiver is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
