You can also contact us via email at [email protected] if you want to request information, need a prescription, to confirm an appointment, or for any other help may need. Our e-mail is checked every day that we are in the office and we will respond to you as soon as we can. 

Insurance and Billing 

We accept most dental insurance and we will be happy to file your claim for you. Your insurance coverage is determined by a contract between your employer and the insurance company. Because of this, coverage can vary greatly from patient to patient. We can work with many insurance companies even if we are not in-network providers. Our staff will help you understand your dental insurance, and can also assist you with the best way to utilize and maximize your benefits. Most, however, will require a co-payment and/or deductible. We do our best, based on the limited information you insurance company will give us, to estimate your co-payment. (Since there are so many plans it can only be an estimate.) Some plans may be written so that even if it claims to pay 100% there still may be a small co-payment.
