Nidhi Anand

Practice Manager

She has several years of experience in business management and also previous experience in dental office operations. She will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs for a pleasant and fulfilling dental visit with us. We are sure that you will enjoy your interaction with Nidhi for any matters concerning your treatment plan, appointments, billing or any other information you need about the practice. She prides herself in keeping our clients happy. She also handles the day-to-day functioning of the office and all the staff scheduling. Please do not hesitate to call her with any questions you may have and she will be more than happy to assist you. Nidhi leads a very active social life outside of work with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Ana Torres Cordero

Office Manager

Patients have come to know and like the beautiful smiling face that greets you at our office be it an ortho/perio day at Rane’s Dental Aesthetics or a regular day at Rane’s Exclusively Yours Dental. Ana is our office manager on site especially handling all Specialty practice operations. She is very professional and prides herself on helping our patients achieve their dental goals with her expertise in scheduling, treatment planning and insurance benefits. With her background of many years in the dental field she helps with patient financing and any treatment coordinating questions you may have at either office. She is an asset to the practices helping with smooth operations of the business. In addition Ana has an amazing flare for decorating our offices beautifully for various holidays, seasons and celebrations.

Nicole Iacopino, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Our Registered Dental Hygienist who has years of experience, exceptional hygiene skills, and a very friendly chairside manner. She will discuss the importance of the health of your mouth as it relates to your entire body as well as screen your mouth for oral cancer.
With her wisdom and ways to motivate you, she will make sure that brush and floss become your favorite companions and answer any of your dental hygiene questions to the best of her abilities.
We encourage you to schedule an appointment with her and take advantage of her gentle cleanings.

Geetu Gupta

Marketing Manager

One of the most valuable team members even though she has very little direct contact with our customers. She is responsible for getting our services and practice name out to potential clients and to make sure our present clients are kept in constant touch with what's new at our boutique. She is in charge of all our advertising and marketing for Rane's Exclusively Yours Dental & Rane's Dental Aesthetics.

Pamela Demarest, CDA, RDA

Clinical Supervisor

Our ever-smiling chief dental assistant who knows how to make our patients feel comfortable during dental procedures. She is a very skillful assistant and has tremendous knowledge of dental materials and can answer some of your clinical questions. Go ahead and ask her about any dental products you may be interested in and how to use them. She is in charge of all the ordering of dental supplies and maintaining OSHA regulations in the facility. She is also responsible for training our new dental assistants. When she is free she enjoys working out and spending time with her cat Freddie.

Lakisha Marino

Dental Assistant

Our friendly, compassionate and kind dental assistant who helps the doctors chairside to make sure your appointments are stress free and smooth. She is very easy going with a great sense of humor and can break into a song and dance anytime to keep the mood light during our busy day. She comes with a lot of clinical experience as an assistant for many years in dentistry and is very competent with the day to day procedures in our offices. She is a great team player who will not hesitate to help or do anything asked of her to run the practice efficiently. In her spare time she loves spending time with her adorable little grandson.

Robin Padua

Front Desk Coordinator

Our sweet and smiling front desk team member who will welcome you into the practice, serve your appointment needs and much more. She is your first contact at our office, and will make you feel more than comfortable with her fantastic personable demeanor. She also helps with any treatment plan and financial insurance coordination with her years of experience in the dental industry. When not working Robin loves spending time with her husband and little boy.

Doris Billings CDA, RDA

Dental Assistant

She is our sweet dental assistant that will calm you chair side with her extremely pleasant manner. Not only does she assist in the general practice but you will also see her by your side with our periodontist and oral surgeon at the specialty office. She has more than 15 years experience in the field and is always smiling! In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband, cats and turtle or going up into the Poconos with her family.
