Insurance:
Although we accept most insurance plans, we ask that our patients pay his/her respective portions including deductibles and co-payments at the time services are rendered. We are glad to submit claims on behalf of our patients and ask that necessary information (or any changes) be provided once he/she has signed in.
TennCare and N.C. Medicaid:
For those patients with governmental subsidized plans, we expect him/her to provide proper identification and respective health service cards upon request. In some instances, co-payments
are expected to be paid at each visit too. Since some dental services are not covered, please
inquire about other payment options.
Other Methods of Payment:
Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard, ATM /Debit Cards, Care Credit, cash, as well as personal
checks. Other financial possibilities may be available upon application and approval.
