On the rainy morning of Sunday, June 4th, Lynden Hills Dentistry participated in the Ride for Heart in Toronto. Team members, including Dr. Nader, woke up bright and early for the 25 km bike ride or 5 km run down the Gardiner Expressway. It was a very wet and cold morning, but we pulled through with each other's support. It was an amazing experience to be able to ride and run along one of the busiest highways in Toronto. To see the sunrise sneak through the Toronto skyline was breathtaking. It was a memorable morning and an honour to give back and help further research for those struggling with heart disease and stroke.
