Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Our Treatment Coordinator will work closely to make sure the fees are affordable through a variety of of payment options. We will personalize your care as it relates to your individual schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card as well as CareCredit.
Cancellation/Appointment Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. We will make a courtesy call/text before your appointment. If we are unable to speak with you, we reserve the right to double-book your appointment. If you do not arrive on time for your scheduled appointment we will have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for paperwork to be updated.
Children Under 18
We are happy to see children as patients, but a parent or legal guardian must accompany them to the clinic. The law states that we may not treat them without permission of a responsible adult. Children under 18 who come without a parent or guardian cannot be seen on that day unless a release from has been filled out prior.
Child Care Arrangements
Due to safety concerns, we cannot have unsupervised children at the office. Please make prior arrangements for supervision of your children during dental visits. Only the patient is allowed in the treatment room. Your appointment will be rescheduled if you do not have any one to supervise your children during your visit.
