Insurance Information

Our practice does not collect payment from insurance companies. However, if you have dental insurance and plan to use it towards your periodontal needs, we will be happy to communicate with your insurance company and do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate a patient’s insurance reimbursement. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time consuming.

As a courtesy, we will file all the necessary forms for each of your procedures for you to optimize your insurance reimbursement.
