Appointments

When you would like to schedule an appointment, please call our office at 973-740-0100. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We are a participating provider with Delta Dental insurance plans such as Delta Dental Premier and Delta Dental PPO.  For other traditional insurance plans, once your eligibility has been verified, we will be happy to file the insurance claims for re-imbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We do not participate in Dental Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). We also offer a flexible payment plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
