• Laser Surgery -We are the first dermatologists in the area to offer V-Beam laser to treat unwanted facial redness, port wine stains, rosacea and fine wrinkling. Main Line Dermatology also provides hair removal treatment using the Gentlelase laser.
• Anti-Aging Therapies – Our physicians treat sun-aged skin through the use of topical retnoids, Vitamin C and alpha-hydroxy acid creams. Botox, Xeomin, Juvederm and Radiesse may be used to treat frown lines and facial creases. Also available are Doctor’s grade chemical peels to help rid the face of “liver spots” and fine wrinkling.
• Schlerotherapy – FDA-approved solutions are used to painlessly eradicate superficial veins and spider veins.
• Dermatologic Surgery for Skin Cancers – Our physicians are experts in the area of skin cancer and reconstructive surgery. Skin cancers are removed with the utmost care and with consideration for cosmetic results.
• Pediatric Dermatology – Our physicians have additional training and expertise in the treatment of childhood skin disorders. We provide a warm and trusting environment for our younger patients.
• Mohs Surgery is microscopically controlled surgery used to treat common types of skin cancer. During the surgery, after each removal of tissue, while the patient waits, the pathologist examines the tissue specimen for cancer cells, and that examination informs the surgeon where to removed tissue next. The surgeon performing the procedure is also the pathologist reading the specimen slides. Mohs surgery is one of the methods of obtaining complete margin control during removal a skin cancer. 

Acne

Acne is the most frequent skin condition seen by medical professionals. It consists of pimples that appear on the face, back and chest. Moles (Nevi)

Moles are brown or black growths, usually round or oval, that can appear anywhere on the skin. They can be rough or smooth, flat or raised, single or in multiples. They occur when cells that are responsible for skin pigmentation, known as melanocytes, grow in clusters instead of being spread out across the skin. Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a skin condition that creates red patches of skin with white, flaky scales. It most commonly occurs on the elbows, knees and trunk, but can appear anywhere on the body. The first episode usually strikes between the ages of 15 and 35. It is a chronic condition that will then cycle through flare-ups and remissions throughout the rest of the patient's life. Rosacea

Rosacea is a chronic skin condition that causes facial redness, acne-like pimples, visible small blood vessels on the face, swelling and/or watery, irritated eyes. This inflammation of the face can affect the cheeks, nose, chin, forehead or eyelids. More than 14 million Americans suffer from rosacea. Warts

Warts are small, harmless growths that appear most frequently on the hands and feet. Sometimes they look flat and smooth, other times they have a dome-shaped or cauliflower-like appearance. Wrinkles
