Would like to take this opportunity to Thank Dr Mark for the amazing job he did on Wednesday on our daughter's tooth. It had broken 3/4 of the way down and it was an adult tooth. We took our daughter and her tooth in to Dr Mark. We have never had to deal with a broken tooth before and was not sure how it would all end. Our daughter is 8 years old and was very nervous, (she said "Oh Crap" a lot lol) but Dr Mark was able to keep her calm, perform a root canal and reattach her original tooth. Needless to say we are eternally grateful for his ability to reattach the tooth, but even more important was his care and concern for the welfare of our daughter. Thank you to everyone including the very nice patient that came in and had to wait just a bit. She was very empathetic as well. Bless you all for taking what was a very stressful situation for all of us, and making it a walk in the park.

I am very Leary of going to the dentist as it gives me anxiety. I had the best experience today in the office. Mark is very compassionate and gentle while cleaning and/or inspecting your teeth. I would highly recommend anyone to their office. As an added plus, Mark and his family give back to various communities in need of dental services. Spend your money where it counts and contribute to helping others. I'm hooked and will be patronizing them for life. Thank you for all you do!

I recently went to see Dr. Mark due to a broken tooth. He did a thorough examination prior to making any decisions of treatment. Unfortunately I had to have my tooth extracted, but Dr. Mark & his staff were extremely gentle & caring through the procedure and made sure to follow up with me the next day! I highly recommend this office. Everyone there, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, treats you with kindness and compassion!

Well, I have to admit that I never liked dentists. In the 50's our family dentist did not deaden our teeth before drilling so I was always very uncomfortable just going into a Dentist Office. Fast forward almost 60 years and I no longer feel uncomfortable, in fact I actually enjoy the friendliness and fun when I go to see Mark E. Richardson, DDS on Gayle Ave. in Kalamazoo. Dr. Mark and his staff make me laugh, as you can tell by the pictures they posted on Facebook. And to thank them I no longer leave my fingernail marks on the arms of the chairs when I sit down. So in short, if you need a dentist you should make an appointment. The whole atmosphere of their office is professional, calm (except when we are laughing and making fun of Dr. Mark), and comfortable as you can see by my picture. Don't I look relaxed and attractive?

I just have to give a huge thanks to Dr. Richardson, Tina and Brenda for your kindness shown to my husband! Having an abscessed tooth while in Canada is no fun. You were all so concerned and caring, and we can't thank you enough. Dr. Richardson called in a prescription to Sault St. Marie, and saw my husband in his office on a Saturday!! Not just any Saturday, but U of M's first game Saturday! You guys are absolutely the best. Thank you so much. What a relief. The Walgreens in SSM even stayed open 15 minutes late so Dave could get the meds. So Blessed!
