Dr. Julio Escobar, DDS, FAGD
General and Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Escobar was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Following his graduation, Dr. Escobar moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan where he attended the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. He received his dental degree in 2007.
Dr. Escobar took over ownership of Dayton Valley Dental Care in May 2010. Dr. Escobar’s skills and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional he stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is one of the many reasons why he values each and every patient relationship.

Front Desk/ Financial Coordinator
Sarah moved to the Dayton area in 2009 from Reno working as a dental assistant for two years. She joined our team in April of 2010. Sarah keeps the office running smoothly by scheduling appointments, filling insurance claims, helping patients understand their insurance and making financial arrangements. Sarah will assist you with ways to make our quality care affordable. She attends continuing education classes yearly.
Sarah’s professionalism and positive personality is reflected by the smiles of our patients.
Maritza
Dental Assistant
Maritza has been with Dayton Valley Dental Care since Jan 2011. She was born and raised in Carson City and has attended college at TMCC and WNC. With Maritza being bilingual it is her goal to make sure every patient feels welcomed and understands all of their dental needs.
She attends continuing education classes to stay informed with all of new dental ways. Maritza strives to make sure every patient is warmly welcomed, treated like family, and are completely happy with their dental experience.
Kristin R.D.H
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristin graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College in May of 2012 where she obtained her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. She also completed her Bachelors of Science in Community Health Science at University of Nevada in December of 2012. Kristin brings to the office a fresh attitude and a passion for providing oral health care and education. Kristin prides herself in staying current with the latest research in preventative oral health care. Her professionalism and commitment are noticeably reflected in her positive attitude and delivery of care.
