Patient Forms, Map and Directions to Shawnee Office

Enlightened people need facts. We want you to make informed choices by fully understanding your dental needs. Please feel free to ask any questions of our staff. We are all here to help you.

Our staff is highly qualified for each of their positions. They all have proper training and years of experience. In addition, we strive to keep current on all changes in the dental profession.

Most of our patients are referred by dentists. However, we do appreciate referrals of anyone you might know who may need periodontal care. Please keep us in mind when talking with family and friends.

Mission Statement/Office Philosophy

We believe that oral health is an important facet of your general health. It is not possible to have overall wellness without dental health.

Our mission is to help each patient achieve their optimum periodontal health, aesthetics, and function. We believe by providing quality health care through awareness, education, and treatment, in the most caring and comfortable manner possible, this goal can be realized.

Complete and comprehensive information must be obtained to give us an accurate picture of your present health state. Thus, we will be able to make decisions together on a treatment plan that is comprehensive and moves toward achieving periodontal health and eventually complete dental health.

For us to help you, it is necessary that you pursue therapy to accomplish at least minimal standards of oral health. This will help us move forward together toward a level of health that is acceptable to you.

What To Expect

Your initial visit consists of a complete evaluation and a thorough clinical examination and a review of past medical and dental history by Dr. Strutz. This allows us to get to know each other and begins the process of learning about your periodontal health.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
