Insurance and Billing

Our staff is pleased that you have insurance benefits to help with the cost of your dental care. We would like to help you obtain the maximum use of these benefits. As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to bill dental plans for dental services.

We bill your insurance as a courtesy. If insurance does not pay within 90 days, our office will request payment in full for services from you and let you collect the insurance funds that are due to you. We will provide you with any necessary claim information you may need. This is rare but it is important that you recognize that the insurance you have is a legal contract between YOU and your insurance company. Our office is not and cannot be a part of that legal contract. Ultimately, you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
