Our treatment philosophy is: "To treat all patients like we would want to be treated." In a practical sense, what that means is we divide any potential treatment into two categories (1) Needs and (2) Wants. The Needs category is simply the issues that need to be addressed soon, before pain or infection set in. The Wants category is for the items that will help enhance your smile and appearance but are not critical. In either case, you are in charge of treatment decisions. We will provide you with your options and estimated charges so that your decision can be an informed decision. We do not overtreat. I've been in practice nearly 30 years, way before "corporate" dentistry came into existence. I often have patients come to our office for second opinions and I am amazed with what they have been told they "Need" at the corporate dental offices. Rest assured, we don't have investors that expect a return on their investment in our office. Everyone does not get the same "cookie cutter" treatment plans. We routinely save patients hundreds if not thousands of dollars as compared to the corporate dental offices. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
