Meet The Staff

Alli is a registered dental hygienist with a focus on oral & systemic health. She started with this practice in 2012 after moving back to beautiful Arizona from Louisiana. Alli graduated from Phoenix College in 2007 and has a background in insurance which led to dental front office management, dental assisting, and oral surgery assisting prior to becoming a hygienist.

IN HER FREE TIME

Alli’s family is very busy between her kids' sporting activities, attending events, and spending as much time together as possible in between. She is always searching for free time to take the trailer out for a getaway,down time with their dogs, and squeezing in some fun before her kids move on to their own adventures.

Lauren is the newest member of Dr. Lepinskas’ dental practice. She is a Colorado native and graduated from Grand Canyon University in December 2023 with her BA degree. While attending college, she joined the team in 2023 as a dental assistant. She immediately fell in love with this industry and the reward it brings.

IN HER FREE TIME

She is thrilled to have moved to the Valley of the Sun full time and has many interests and hobbies. Outside of the dental office, she enjoys fitness, photography, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Staying active and trying new things is what keeps her motivated!

Carla is the friendly face that greets you upon entering the office. She started with this practice in 2012 with a background in patient relations and insurance. She has enjoyed growing with our team to offer you the best experience possible.

ON HER FREE TIME

Carla has 3 sons, mostly grown. She loves supporting her youngest at his lacrosse & theatre events. She enjoys her trips to Mexico and savors the beach time. Carla is a die hard dog lover so don’t be shy sharing pictures of yours with her!

Tessa is a Registered Dental Hygienist, who graduated from Rio Salado College in 2021 and started with Dr. Lepinskas’ office that same year. Being a dental hygienist is more than a profession to her; it’s a fulfilling way to contribute to the well-being of her community.

Outside the dental office, Tessa finds immense joy in spending quality time and creating lifelong memories with her husband and son. Whether it’s a walk or trip out of town, these moments create a lasting bond. Balancing her professional and personal life allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work as a dental hygienist.

Stephanie is a registered dental hygienist with a background in oral &maxilla facial and plastic surgery as a surgical assistant prior to graduating from Phoenix College in 2010. Stephanie's career led her to SoCal until returning to Arizona when she joined this team in 2017.

ON HER FREE TIME

Stephanie adores her beautiful family! Stephanie’s 3 kids keep her busy as she runs back and forth cheering them on the soccer fields. Stephanie enjoys hiking, reading, and a good glass of wine. She values carving out family time to build memories between beach vacations and watching her daredevils at theme parks.

Razi started at Dr. Lepinskas office in the summer of 2022 after moving from St. Petersburg Florida, where she worked as a lead dental assistant for 3 years. Prior to that she lived (and also grew up in) Denver Colorado where she received her EDDA certification and started her dental career.

In her free time she loves trying new restaurants in the phoenix area, hiking different trails in the Valley, and going to her favorite hot yoga studio!
