Our Survey Results:

Since 2009, after every visit, Dr. Saghafi’s patients are asked to review their visit and rate their experiences at Smiles To Remember. The following is the result of what they have said from 2009-2022.

• How would you rate your overall visit? 98% of respondents rated their visit as either excellent or very good (85% Excellent; 13% very good)
• When your appointment was over, did you have a good understanding of your dental situation? 99% of the patients surveyed said yes (0% Not really; 0% I wish I Knew More).
• Were your financial options explained to you? 93% of patients said they either understood their financial options or it was explained to them (53% yes; 40% I already understand my financial options).
• Did you have to wait past your appointment time to be seated? If yes, how long? 96% responded “No”.
• Did our team greet you properly? 99% of patients visiting said “Yes”.
• Would you refer your friend & family to us? 98% of our patients responded “yes”, and they do in fact refer to us all the time.
